Take Route #31 west, turning left (south) on #259 Union Street for 4.3 miles. Turn right on NY 33W Buffalo Road .2 miles to right into Cottage Grove complex. Take first right on Cottage Grove Circle into Cottage Grove Memory Care. Please park in front of any of our four homes and ring the doorbell for easy access.

Directions
From 390 South take the NY-33A Chili Avenue exit. Turn left on Chili Avenue and turn right at the light on Genesee Park Blvd. Four streets down turn left on Marlborough to the end. You will see Rochester Presbyterian Home directly across the street. Pull into horseshoe parking lot to the front and utilize the free parking. The main entrance lobby is in the taller building. Please ring the doorbell to enter the secured building.

Take 490 to exit #26 for Pittsford Palmyra Road. Bear right heading east onto Route #31 and drive 4.2 miles (passing Wegmans Plaza on left and continuing over the hill) to signal light at Mason Road (Egypt Fire Department on the corner). Turn left on Mason Road and at .2 miles turn right into Memory Care at Creekstone on Crossing Creek Drive. Please park out front and ring the doorbell to enter.
