Extend your Family

Established in 1925, Rochester Presbyterian Home offers loving, dignified care
for Elders in three residences;
the Homestead, in Rochester's 19th Ward,
Cottage Grove in North Chili and
Creekstone in Perinton, New York.
Since 2002, we have brought the Eden Alternative revolution in person-directed care
to our honored Elders and have redefined the culture of Elder Care.

"I sat with my Mom today and just looking at her makes me smile. I know she is safe and so well taken care of. We are so blessed and so grateful for all of you. You are very special people. Everyone I come in contact with is just wonderful. I don't know how we got so lucky but I am so thankful. "

- Pam

"We would like to thank you for the wonderful support you provided our Dad during his stay with you. Your staff could not have been more helpful, caring and concerned for his comfort and care. It was a great relief to our family that he had such skilled caregivers. The professionalism you demonstrated during this difficult time certainly eased our burden."

- Thank you, Gene's Family

"The nurses and Care Partners displayed such professionalism, care and patience as they dealt with residents unsettled by a change in routine. I am very impressed and knew we have placed our Mom in the BEST of the BEST!! Thank you All"

- Marcia

"The inevitable task of having to transition my Grandmother from her home to Assisted Living was a very difficult one for me. You all made it a little easier as you showed through your love, compassion, caring and understanding that "Home" is where the heart is. My Grandmother embraced RPH as her new home and you all as her family and that speaks volumes."

- Sincerely, Darlene

"My wife Mary Ann was privileged to spend the last days of her life within your community. The more I think about that, the more I realize what an awesome task you all undertook, and how well you all shared that task. Now please share something else: Her family's deep-felt gratitude. Thank you"

- John

"Thank you for your individual contributions that enhanced Mom's final years and for the job that you continue to do in caring for others. If you've ever thought the little things are no big deal, then you need to think again. They're a very big deal to the recipient."

- Our best regards always - Paul and Rhonda
