Extend your Family

Established in 1925, Rochester Presbyterian Home offers loving, dignified care
for Elders in three residences;
the Homestead, in Rochester's 19th Ward,
Cottage Grove in North Chili and
Creekstone in Perinton, New York.
Since 2002, we have brought the Eden Alternative revolution in person-directed care
to our honored Elders and have redefined the culture of Elder Care.

"Thank you so much for all you did for my mom. She was her best in your kind and loving care. I am so happy we made the choice to place here with you... We speak often of how much your program helped her and us. Thanks for everything!"

- Pam

"Thank you very much for your gracious hospitality during my visit to your home at RPH. I enjoyed meeting and spending time with all of you. It is a breath of fresh air to experience life within an Eden-focused facility."

- God bless, Barb

"The nurses and Care Partners displayed such professionalism, care and patience as they dealt with residents unsettled by a change in routine. I am very impressed and knew we have placed our Mom in the BEST of the BEST!! Thank you All"

- Marcia

"The inevitable task of having to transition my Grandmother from her home to Assisted Living was a very difficult one for me. You all made it a little easier as you showed through your love, compassion, caring and understanding that "Home" is where the heart is. My Grandmother embraced RPH as her new home and you all as her family and that speaks volumes."

- Sincerely, Darlene

"My wife Mary Ann was privileged to spend the last days of her life within your community. The more I think about that, the more I realize what an awesome task you all undertook, and how well you all shared that task. Now please share something else: Her family's deep-felt gratitude. Thank you"

- John

Please join us on June 22nd for the Service Board’s Summer Carnival between 11 AM and 2 PM at the RPH Homestead.  This is a fun-filled time for our Elders and families to play carnival games, win prizes and meet the Grease Paint Alley clowns.  Our own “Jack the Juggler” is a returning favorite.
